Want total flexibility around changing plans, weather-watching or busy diaries? Arrive on any open day from 16:30.

Option 3: Father Christmas PLUS  
The perfect Christmas visit: meet Father Christmas, experience the enchanting Winter Village and continue the magic through our Illuminated Light Trail. 

Includes: 
    •    A personalised Father Christmas Experience 
    •    An immersive journey through the Winter Village 
    •    Access to the Light Trail anytime from 16:30 on the same day 
    •    Limited edition family Christmas Eve box including: XX  

How it works: 
    •    Choose a time slot for the Father Christmas Experience 
    •    Enjoy the Light Trail anytime that day from 16:30 
    •    Collect your Christmas Eve Box from the elves during your experience 

Please note: 

• During your visit, an elf will invite you through to meet Father Christmas within the hour of your slot. 
• Groups are limited to 8 guests to keep the experience merry and manageable.

Sensory friendly sessions 
We offer early sessions that start in daylight at 16:15, with lower music volume and reduced capacity on the following days:  27 November, 4, 11 & 18 December.

Dog friendly sessions 
Bring your four-legged friends along to enjoy the Light Trail on the following dates: 20 & 21 November, 14-17 and 27-31 December. Dogs must be kept on a short lead and well behaved.

Timing guide 
To make the most of your visit, please allow: 
    •    Father Christmas Experience: 1.5 hours 
    •    Ice Skating: 1.5 hours, inc. 20-30 minutes before your time slot to get ready
    •    Illuminated Light Trail: 1.5 hours 
    •    UV Glow Crazy Golf: 1 hour
