Skate aids 
Skate aid availability is limited and reserved only for ages 3-10. We recommend purchasing these at the time of booking. Availability will be visible after selecting your session time.

Princess parties
Your little ones can skate with Elsa, Anna, and even Olaf at our princess parties are held on the following Sundays at 11:00: 6, 13, 20, 27 December.

Accessibility 
We’re happy to welcome manual wheelchairs on the ice. For safety reasons, electric wheelchairs are not permitted.

Timing guide 
To make the most of your visit, please allow: 

• Father Christmas Experience: 1.5 hours 
• Ice Skating: 1.5 hours, inc. 20-30 minutes before your time slot to get ready
• Illuminated Light Trail: 1.5 hours 
• UV Glow Crazy Golf: 1 hour
