Option 1: Father Christmas Experience
A magical, personalised visit to meet Father Christmas and explore the enchanting Winter Village.
You will need a base ticket, which includes:
- One adult & one child
- An immersive journey through the Winter Village
- Children will receive a gift, a drink and gingerbread man from Mrs Claus' bakery
- Adults will receive a mulled wine
For additional guests, you can select the relevant extra tickets.

Option 2: Father Christmas PLUS
The perfect Christmas visit, where the magic continues through our Illuminated Light Trail.
Includes:
- Everything in the Father Christmas Experience
- Access to the Light Trail anytime from 16:30 on the same day
- A limited edition family Christmas Eve box
How it works:
- Choose a time slot for the Father Christmas Experience
- Add on extra guests
- Enjoy the Light Trail anytime that day from 16:30
- Collect your Christmas Eve Box from the elves during your experience

Please note:
- During your visit, an elf will invite you through to meet Father Christmas within the hour of your slot.
- Groups are limited to 8 guests to keep the experience merry and manageable.

Sensory friendly sessions
We offer sessions with lower music volume and reduced capacity on the following Fridays at 17:40: 27 November, 4 & 11 December, as well as at 10:20 and 18:20 on 18 December.

Santa paws sessions
Treat your four-legged friends to a magical meeting with Father Christmas, complete with a gift on the following dates: 20 & 21 November and 14 - 17 December.

Timing guide
To make the most of your visit, please allow:
- Father Christmas Experience: 1.5 hours
- Ice Skating: 1.5 hours, inc. 20-30 minutes before your time slot to get ready
- Illuminated Light Trail: 1.5 hours
- UV Glow Crazy Golf: 1 hour
